Pickup Options

  • Availability: Customers can pick up their orders anytime within our regular work hours. Our store operates from Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5pm. On Friday we operate from 8:00am-2pm.
  • Order Confirmation: If the order was placed online, please provide the invoice number at the time of pickup to ensure a smooth and quick process.
  • In-Store Orders: Customers also have the option to place orders directly in-store. Simply visit us, and our team will assist you in getting the products you need.

Delivery Options

Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries are subject to stock availability. Typically, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is confirmed, and stock is available. 

Free Delivery: Due to ongoing updates to our delivery system, free delivery has been temporarily paused. For the latest information, please contact us using any of the methods available below.

Extended Delivery: For locations beyond our standard delivery range, please contact our customer service team directly using the details provided below to discuss possible delivery arrangements and any applicable fees.

How to Place and Order for Delivery or Pickup

Online Orders: 

  • Visit our website and browse through our product catalogue.
  • Add the desired items to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred option: Delivery or Pickup.
  • Complete the payment process.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all relevant details.

In-Store Orders: 

  • Visit us at our store located at 15TH Ave, Corner Dapper Street, Kensington
  • Browse our product selection and choose the items you wish to purchase.
  • Our team will assist you in placing your order and coordinating either pickup or delivery, based on your preference.
