Description
ABE Flashband is a self-adhesive, aluminium-backed bitumen sealing strip designed for waterproofing and flashing applications. It provides an instant watertight seal and bonds securely to most building materials including concrete, brick, wood, metal, and roofing felt. ABE Flashband is ideal for sealing joints, cracks, gutters, skylights, and parapets, and is suitable for both new construction and emergency repairs.

- Sizes available: 75MM, 100MM, 150MM, 225MM (all x 10M rolls)
- Material: Bitumen with aluminium facing.
- Colour: Silver or grey (varies by batch)
- Shelf life: 12 months in sealed packaging below 25°C
- Application: Peel-and-stick; primer recommended for porous surfaces.
- Finish: Armoured, crease-resistant, and paintable.
